However, if you choose the Perpetual Plan, the license is device-specific. This means if you purchase a Windows license, it will only work on Windows devices. Similarly, a Mac license will only work on Mac devices.

• What are AI cards?

  You can use AI cards in both the video ads maker and the editor to generate audio or video content.

  In Virbo, the credits represent the TOTAL amount of videos that you can create within your subscription period. For example, if you have a 20-minute/month subscription, you can use your 20 minutes to create either twenty 1-minute videos or ten 2-minute videos - it's entirely up to you!
  All video generation features will consume video credits, including TalkingPhoto. You can subscribe to it to enjoy more video credits.

• What are the rights and interests of the video credits plan?

  The Video Credits Plan includes options for 20, 40, or 80 minutes of total exportable video duration, with a validity period of one or three months depending on the plan you choose. These credits can only be used while your subscription is active. If your subscription expires, any unused video credits will no longer be available. Unused credits do not carry over and will be reset at the end of the validity period.

• How to buy a video credits plan?

  The same email account supports login and uses on iOS, Android, and Windows system devices. Account information and data are synchronized, and rights and interests are interoperable.

• When I unsubscribe from my pricing plan, do the remaining minutes disappear?

  Cancellation of subscription means that the subscription will not be renewed for the next month, and the remaining minutes of the month will still be available for the current billing cycle.

• Will the unused credits will carry over?

  All Virbo plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that reset themselves with the given amount of credit the plan is entitled to when the billing cycle renews; with successful payment, all credits expire before the next billing cycle, so any unused credits will NOT carry over.

• How do I resolve a failed export?

  Follow the information given in the error message to fix the problem. If an error message appears stating "Excessive operations, which involves account abuse. Please try again after 24 hours." when you are exporting a video. If you are a user who is on an unlimited video credits plan and your account is being used to export videos on multiple devices at the same time, this may cause issues when exporting. Please make sure your account has not been hacked or is not being used maliciously, and promptly change the password to your account. • I have purchased additional storage, but a message appears saying I have insufficient cloud space. What should I do?
